Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 25 May 2026
1. Deposits
Deposits paid for website design and development services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. Project Cancellation
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the client will be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date. Any outstanding balances for completed work remain payable. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: info@uniliytech.co.za.
3. Refunds
Refunds may be considered if:
- UniLiy Tech is unable to provide the agreed service, and
- No substantial work has been completed.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and will be returned to the original payment method used.
4. Digital Services
Due to the nature of digital and custom design services, completed work is non-refundable once delivered or approved.
5. Hosting & Domain Fees
Payments made for:
- Domain registrations
- Hosting services
- Third-party subscriptions
are non-refundable once purchased.
6. Payment Processing (PayFast)
Payments may be processed via PayFast, a secure third-party payment gateway. UniLiy Tech is not responsible for any technical errors, delays, or disruptions caused by PayFast or other external payment processors.
