1. Services

UniLiy Tech provides website design, website development, digital event websites, website maintenance, website updates, and related digital services.

2. Quotation & Payments

• Quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
• A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins.
• Final files, website handovers, or website launches may be withheld until full payment has been received.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing the content, images, logos, business information, and feedback required for the project. If a client is unable to provide certain content or images, UniLiy Tech may assist in sourcing or creating content where possible.

Logo design or logo sourcing may result in additional charges unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delays in providing content, approvals, or feedback may affect project timelines and delivery dates.

4. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed project scope. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may result in additional charges.

5. Hosting & Domains

If UniLiy Tech manages hosting or domain services on behalf of the client:

• Renewal fees remain the client’s responsibility.
• Clients will be notified in advance before renewal dates, usually at least 30 days prior.
• Failure to renew hosting or domain services may result in website downtime, suspension, or domain loss.

6. Website Maintenance

UniLiy Tech will exercise reasonable care and diligence when providing website maintenance and support services. However, we do not guarantee that services will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Billing & Payments

Invoices for recurring services such as hosting or maintenance may be issued before the renewal date to ensure uninterrupted service. Services may be paused or delayed if payments remain outstanding.

8. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of the content and materials they provide. UniLiy Tech reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio and marketing material unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

UniLiy Tech will not be held liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Business interruption
• Third-party platform or hosting failures
• Data loss beyond reasonable control
• Delays caused by third-party providers

10. Changes to Terms

UniLiy Tech reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes where applicable.

11. Acceptance

By making payment for services, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
